Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.

Support residents’ social engagement and emotional well-being.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, active CNA certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
