Job Description
Seeking a Counselor for a 10-month position at a Partial Care Hospitalization Program focused on adolescents. This full-time role offers weekdays, a pay rate of $20.00-$22.00/hour, and full benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and experience working with children in behavioral and mental health.
Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic environment, facilitating group therapy, providing observational feedback, documenting patient progress, and transporting patients as needed.
Requires certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
