Counselor 10-Month Partial Care

Job Description

Seeking a Counselor for a 10-month Partial Care Hospitalization Program serving children and adolescents. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with a salary of $20.00-$22.00/hour plus full benefits, including 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and experience working with children in behavioral and mental health.

Responsibilities involve maintaining a therapeutic environment, facilitating therapeutic groups, providing observational feedback, documenting patient progress, transporting patients, and maintaining behavior management certification. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a BA in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with preferred experience working with youth. This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
