Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Counselor to provide mental health support to children and adults using trauma-informed techniques.

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize trauma-based therapy methods in counseling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

    • Requirements include a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields; experience in mental health counseling; and familiarity with documentation practices. Experience working with children and strong interpersonal skills are highly desirable. Interns or associates must be under supervision.

    This full-time role offers a starting salary of $53,000+ annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Candidates must be able to work in and relocate to Eastland, TX, and hold relevant licenses or certifications preferred.
