Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Crisis Clinician to provide immediate mental health care across various settings within Colorado’s Parachute to Aspen area. The role involves assessing and triaging individuals in crisis, offering on-site and remote evaluations, and coordinating with emergency and community agencies. Responsibilities include responding to calls, managing crises, conducting assessments (including suicide risk), providing intervention, and ensuring proper documentation. The position requires a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LCSW or LPC), 2+ years of mental health experience, and crisis intervention proficiency. Bilingual skills are preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and on-call shifts, with a pay range of $32-$38/hour. Candidates must adhere to confidentiality policies, participate in regular meetings and training, and maintain strong interagency relationships. This PRN position reports to the Crisis Supervisor and is based in person within the service footprint.
