Job Description
The Part-Time Dermatologist provides comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and procedures for skin, hair, and nail disorders in a diverse, underserved population.
Perform evaluations, diagnose, and treat conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and skin cancers.Conduct full-body exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and minor surgeries.Prescribe medications, order tests, and educate patients on skin health and prevention.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate referrals.Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in quality initiatives.Qualifications include MD/DO, dermatology residency, board eligibility, active licensure, DEA registration, and EMR experience.Work involves clinical procedures, patient interaction, and occasional travel.
