Job Description

The Part-Time Dermatologist provides comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and procedures for skin, hair, and nail conditions in a diverse, underserved population.

  • Perform evaluations, diagnose, and manage conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and autoimmune disorders.
  • Conduct skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor procedures.
  • Prescribe medications, order tests, and educate patients on skin health and prevention.
  • Collaborate with care team members, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, participate in quality initiatives, and support organizational standards.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO with dermatology training, licensure, board eligibility, and experience in outpatient settings. Skills in clinical judgment, procedures, cultural competence, and EMR use are essential.
