Director of Resident Care Services- LPN

Job Description

The facility is seeking an LPN to serve as the Director of Resident Care Services in a Personal Care Home setting.

This role involves assisting the Administrator with daily operations, responding to staff inquiries, managing scheduling concerns, and providing support to residents and their families.

Educational and experience requirements include:
– Possession of a current State Practical Nurse License
– Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care environment
– CPR certification
– Ability to read, write, and speak English
– Ability to follow oral and written instructions
– Capability to complete the Personal Care Home Administrator Course
– Ability to attend the Medication Train the Trainer Course
