Job Description

The organization is seeking an LPN to serve as Director of Resident Care Services in a Personal Care Home facility.

This role involves assisting the Personal Care Home Administrator with daily operations by responding to staff inquiries, managing scheduling concerns, and supporting residents and their families.

Requirements include:

  • A current State Practical Nurse License
  • At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • CPR certification
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Eligibility to take the Personal Care Home Administrator Course and the Medication Train the Trainer Course
