Job Description

The position is for an LPN to serve as the Director of Resident Care Services in a Personal Care Home facility.

This role involves assisting the Personal Care Home Administrator with daily operations, responding to staff inquiries, managing scheduling concerns, and supporting residents and their families as needed.

Educational and experience requirements include:

  • Current State Practical Nurse License

  • At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting

  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions

  • Ability to complete the Personal Care Home Administrator Course and the Medication Train the Trainer Course.
