Job Description

The position seeks an LPN to serve as Director of Resident Care Services in a Personal Care Home facility.

This role involves assisting the Administrator with daily operations, responding to staff inquiries, managing scheduling concerns, and supporting residents and their families as needed.

Educational and experience requirements include:

  • A current State Practical Nurse License
  • At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Eligibility to take the Personal Care Home Administrator Course
  • Eligibility to take the Medication Train the Trainer Course
