Job Description

Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility serving adults with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities include overseeing department operations, managing staff, coordinating admissions/discharges, and collaborating with community agencies. Ensure compliance with regulations, develop policies, and maintain quality care standards.

Must have a Master’s in Social Work, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and experience with mental health services. Strong leadership, clinical skills, and knowledge of legal/conservatorship systems are essential.

Offering full-time hours, a sign-on bonus, competitive salary ($92,816–$115,000), and comprehensive benefits. Work involves some travel and physical demands.
