Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility serving adults with serious mental illness.
Lead and manage the Social Services Department, overseeing staff, clinical operations, and quality assurance. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and liaise with local hospitals and agencies to ensure continuum of care. Develop policies, supervise staff recruitment, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate on strategic planning and maintain community relationships. Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, CA LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license, supervisory experience, and a valid CA driver’s license. Requires understanding of psychiatric illness, legal systems, and crisis intervention.
