Key Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work from an approved school
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or related setting
• Registered as an ACSW and active member of NASW

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the Social Services Department
• Ensure individual emotional and social needs of residents are met in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
