Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to lead mental health care for at-risk youth aged 5-14 in a residential treatment setting on a 270-acre farm.

Provide diagnosis, psychiatric evaluations, testing, and medication management to children with trauma, neglect, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Supervise contracted psychiatric staff, including Nurse Practitioners and psychiatrists.

Ensure the health and welfare of students within a holistic, supportive environment.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hybrid remote options in Lignum, VA.

Qualifications: MD license in Virginia, experience with at-risk youth and child mental health, ability to pass background checks and tests.
