Job Description
We are seeking a *dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addiction Counselor* to join our behavioral health team in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
**Responsibilities:**
• Provide mental health and substance use disorder services within a primary care setting
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and individual counseling
• Collaborate with medical providers to deliver whole-person care
**Qualifications:**
• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical assessments and treatment
• Ability to work in Hamilton, MT, with relocation if needed
