Job Description

We are seeking a dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addictions Counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center.

  • Provide mental health and substance use disorder services in a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to support holistic, whole-person care.
  • Serve underserved and diverse populations in a mission-driven environment to improve community wellness.

  • Qualifications: Licensed in Montana as an LCPC and LAC, with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience preferred.

    Details: Full-time, grant-funded position based in Hamilton, MT, requiring relocation and in-person work.

    Compensation & Benefits: $60,000-$70,000/year, with 403(b) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
