Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hamilton, MT.

  • Provide mental health and substance use disorder services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling within a primary care setting.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to support holistic, whole-person care.
  • Must hold active Montana LAC and LCPC licenses, with a minimum of 1 year of addiction counseling experience and at least 2 years conducting assessments and treatment in clinical settings preferred.
  • Work in a mission-driven environment serving underserved and diverse populations to promote community wellness.

  • This grant-funded position offers $60,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 403(b) matching, paid time off, and more.
