Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, dual-licensed *Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)* and *Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)* to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center.
Provide mental health and substance use disorder services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling in a primary care setting. Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive, whole-person care. Serve underserved and diverse populations in a mission-driven environment, making a meaningful community impact. Position is grant-funded, with employment contingent on ongoing funding renewal. Qualifications: Montana Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and LCPC. Minimum 2 years’ clinical assessment and treatment experience preferred; 1 year of addiction counseling required. Ability to work in Hamilton, MT, with relocation if necessary.
