Job Description

We are seeking Board Certified or Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide on-site coverage at a busy, 24/7 Emergency Department in Clarksburg, WV, serving diverse adult patients.


  • Deliver high-quality emergency care, including rapid assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition
  • Manage medical, traumatic, and psychiatric emergencies; perform procedures within scope of training
  • Accurately document patient encounters, participate in hand-offs, consultations, and admissions
  • Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality standards
  • Work shifts may include day, evening, and overnight, typically 8–12 hours, with one physician per shift

    • Requirements include MD or DO, board certification or eligibility, active U.S. medical license, and current ACLS, BLS, DEA, and NPI certifications. Fluency in English and ability to work on-site are essential.
