Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified or Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for on-site coverage at a busy 24/7 Emergency Department in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Provide high-quality emergency care, including rapid evaluation, stabilization, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition.

Manage medical, traumatic, and psychiatric emergencies; perform procedures within scope; document encounters accurately.

Participate in patient hand-offs, consultations, and admissions while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule: Shifts include day, evening, and overnight, typically 8–12 hours, with one physician per shift.

Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine, active unrestricted license, current ACLS, BLS, DEA, and NPI. Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
