Stable, independent emergency medicine group in Prescott, AZ, is seeking a full-time EM physician partner to join a team of 18 board-certified physicians, NPs, and PAs.
Enjoy working in a cohesive, democratically governed practice with no senior tier partnership, on a two-year track with a highly competitive salary up to $400/hour. Work typically 12-16 shifts/month, with shifts of 8-10 hours, at two hospitals serving around 70,000 patients annually with low trauma volume but high complexity admissions. Opportunities for leadership roles in committees and hospital governance are encouraged. Prescott offers a vibrant small-town atmosphere with mild seasons, outdoor recreation, and proximity to national parks, ideal for raising a family.
