Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality emergency care at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC in Clarksburg, WV.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive emergency medical care to adult patients
Evaluating, stabilizing, diagnosing, and treating acute illnesses and injuries
Managing medical emergencies, trauma, and urgent procedures
Documenting care accurately in electronic health records
Collaborating with staff and adhering to clinical standards
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited school
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine
ACLS and BLS certifications (ATLS preferred)
DEA registration or eligibility
Schedule & Coverage:
24/7/365 emergency department with flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
