Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality emergency care at a VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive emergency care to adult patients
Evaluating, stabilizing, diagnosing, and treating acute illnesses and injuries
Managing medical emergencies, trauma, and urgent procedures
Documenting care accurately in electronic health records
Collaborating with staff and adhering to clinical guidelines
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
ACLS and BLS certifications (ATLS preferred)
DEA registration or eligibility
Schedule & Coverage: 24/7 Emergency Department with day, night, and weekend shifts available.
