Develop personalized treatment plans and perform procedures like insulin pump management and thyroid biopsies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients about their conditions and promote healthy lifestyles. Require MD or DO degree, with board certification preferred, and strong clinical skills in endocrine management. Excellent communication and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
