Job Description
Seeking a psychiatrist to join a dedicated team caring for an underserved adult population at a 23-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit in Vista, San Diego.
Provide initial, follow-up, and discharge psychiatric services, supervising a nurse practitioner, in a collaborative environment.
Work with diverse cases including crises, chronic mental illness, neuropsychiatric presentations, and substance use disorders.
Requires clinical experience in Emergency, Consult Liaison, or Inpatient Psychiatry, ABPN Board Eligible, with active California Medical & DEA licenses.
Shifts are 10 hours, Monday through Friday, in-person at the facility; full and part-time roles available.

Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $370,000 annually, prorated for part-time roles.
