We are seeking a personable Clinical Nurse Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing facility’s rehab, memory care, long-term care, and transitional therapy units.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, managing daily operations, developing care plans, reviewing charts, leading staff education, coaching, and supporting patients and families. Qualifications include an active RN license (5+ years preferred), leadership experience (1+ year preferred), strong clinical skills, and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Familiarity with long-term care regulations is a plus. This full-time role pays $65,000-$75,000 annually, with shift hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and offers benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
