Seeking a full-time Therapist II – Family to deliver intensive, family-focused mental health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities in Washington County, PA.
Offering a $5,000 hiring bonus (paid in installments), a $2,500 two-year retention bonus, and a $5,000 five-year milestone bonus.Requires a master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of CASSP system experience, and a valid PA driver’s license with insured vehicle access.Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessing family needs, providing therapy, developing treatment plans, supporting parental skills, collaborating with agencies, and crisis intervention.Offers competitive pay ($22-$25/hr), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, professional development, and more).
