Job Description

Established health care center in Philadelphia seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to deliver primary care within the North Philadelphia community.

  • Provide direct patient care for a panel of established patients, focusing on inner-city populations with a commitment to meet their unique needs.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring care continuity, participating in after-hours rotations, promoting wellness and self-responsibility, and managing quality measures.
  • Must have active Pennsylvania medical license, be board certified or eligible, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Offer a competitive salary ($180K-$215K), benefits (including loan repayment, insurance, PTO, CME, and more), and work Monday through Friday with no nights.
  • Full-time or part-time roles with in-person work, requiring clinical credentialing, COVID-19 vaccination, and compliance with pre-employment processes.
