Job Description

Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) for a well-established FQHC in Philadelphia, PA, primarily serving the North Philadelphia community.

• Provide direct primary care to a diverse patient panel, including infants to seniors, emphasizing community needs and wellness promotion.
• Ensure continuity of care, participate in after-hours call rotations, and support chronic disease management and patient retention.
• Mentor learners and engage in educational activities.
• Requirements include MD or DO license in PA, board certification or eligibility, and excellent communication skills.
