Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) for a well-established health center in Philadelphia, PA.

  • Provide primary care to patients across all ages, mainly within the North Philadelphia community.
  • Manage a panel of established patients, ensuring continuity of care and addressing the unique needs of inner-city populations.
  • Responsibilities include direct patient care, inpatient service coordination, after-hours call rotation, and promoting wellness and self-responsibility.
  • Maintain quality measures, participate in educational activities, and precept learners.
