Job Description

Established health care center in Philadelphia seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care primarily within the North Philadelphia community.

Provide direct patient care for a diverse panel, focusing on community needs and chronic illness management.

Ensure continuity of care, participate in after-hours rotations, and promote wellness and self-responsibility.

Meet quality measures related to insurance, grants, and internal standards.

Engage in precepting learners and educational activities.

Requirements: MD or DO, PA license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills, and experience in inner-city settings.
