Job Description

Established FQHC in Philadelphia seeking a full-time or part-time board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care primarily in North Philadelphia.

• Provide direct ambulatory patient care, ensure continuity of care, and serve on rotation for after-hours calls.
• Promote wellness, support care retention for chronic illness, and meet quality measures.
• Mentor learners and participate in educational activities.

Requirements include PA medical license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication, and experience with inner city populations.
