Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices in line with FQHC and HRSA standards.
Delivering direct care for all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, and offering preventive services and health education. Ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating with specialists and care teams. Supervising clinical staff, participating in quality initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications include MD/DO, completion of residency, board certification/eligibility, active licensure, and preferably experience in underserved populations or EMR systems.
