Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.

  • Deliver care across all ages, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform preventive services such as exams, immunizations, screenings, and women’s health education.
  • Manage chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals.
  • Document accurately in EMR systems, participate in quality initiatives, and supervise clinical staff when needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting organizational compliance and providing culturally competent care.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, residency completion, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings. The role offers a competitive salary ($200K–$250K), benefits, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment assistance. Employment is full- or part-time, primarily in person, with opportunities for extended hours and travel.
