Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.

Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across all ages.

Deliver preventive services, screenings, immunizations, and women’s health care.

Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.

Coordinate care with specialists and supervise clinical staff, including APPs and residents.

Participate in quality improvement, peer reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications include MD or DO, completion of family medicine residency, applicable licensure, and certifications. Preferred experience in outpatient or underserved settings, with strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency. The role involves in-person work with potential travel between sites, offering a competitive salary ($200K-$250K), benefits, CME allowance, and loan repayment options.
