Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordination with specialists. The role involves documentation in EMR, adhering to clinical and regulatory standards, supervising staff, and participating in quality initiatives.

Qualifications include an MD/DO from an accredited school, completion of a family medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and an active license.

Preferred experience is in outpatient or underserved community settings, with strong clinical judgment, communication skills, cultural competence, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary ($200,000-$250,000), benefits (including insurance, CME, loan repayment), and requires in-person work with occasional travel.
