Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and HRSA guidelines.
Essential duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages, delivering preventive services, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with specialists.
Qualifications include an MD or DO from an accredited school, completion of residency, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Active licensure, DEA registration, and BLS are required.
Preferred experience involves outpatient primary care, especially in underserved communities, with skills in EMR documentation and team supervision.
