Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.


  • Deliver assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions.
  • Provide preventive services, screenings, immunizations, and women’s health education.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with specialists and providers.
  • Supervise clinical staff and participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation, adhere to organizational policies, and support extended hours and on-call duties.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, completed residency, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency are essential.
