Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ, offering full-time or part-time roles with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding.

Our team includes 3 physicians and supportive staff, focusing on efficient, quality patient care while reducing burnout. The position provides J1 visa sponsorship, student loan repayment, a competitive salary ($220K-$260K), full health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits such as 401(k), malpractice insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities include managing sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff. Qualifications include MD or DO, NJ licensure, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and strong interpersonal skills.
