Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory clinic setting, serving patients of all ages with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based care aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.

Deliver diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions

Perform preventive services, screenings, and women’s health care

Manage chronic diseases and coordinate specialty referrals

Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and document in EMR

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise clinical staff, and participate in quality initiatives

Adhere to compliance standards, maintain confidentiality, and support organizational policies

Qualifications include MD/DO, residency training, board certification, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, EMR proficiency, and cultural competence are essential. The role involves clinical duties in a fast-paced environment, with some travel required.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, retirement, CME, loan repayment, and malpractice insurance. The position is full-time or part-time, based on organizational needs. The employer is committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
