Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory clinic setting, serving patients of all ages with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based care aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.
Qualifications include MD/DO, residency training, board certification, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings. Skills in clinical judgment, communication, EMR proficiency, and cultural competence are essential. The role involves clinical duties in a fast-paced environment, with some travel required.
