Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting, serving diverse populations across all ages.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive services, coordinating care with specialists, and supervising clinical staff.

Qualifications involve MD/DO, completion of residency, board certification or eligibility, valid licensure, DEA, and experience in outpatient and underserved settings preferred.

Skills required include strong clinical judgment, communication, cultural competence, EMR proficiency, and team collaboration.

Work involves clinical duties, possible travel between sites, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Compensation ranges from $200,000-$250,000 annually, with a full benefits package including health insurance, CME, loan repayment, and malpractice coverage.
