We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician in Toms River, NJ, to join our outpatient practice.
Our model emphasizes making medical decisions and patient communication, with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, supported by a full team to reduce burnout.
The role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, a competitive salary ($220K-$260K), full health benefits, loan repayment, visa sponsorship, and a supportive environment focused on quality patient care.
Responsibilities include managing sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff.
Qualifications: MD or DO licensed in NJ, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, DEA and CDS, with strong interpersonal skills.
