Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care across all ages in an outpatient setting, emphasizing patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and HRSA guidelines.
Deliver direct care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups for acute and chronic conditions.
Perform preventive services such as exams, immunizations, screenings, and women’s health education.
Manage chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
Coordinate care with specialists, participate in quality improvement, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications include MD/DO, residency completion, board certification or eligibility, licensure, DEA, and BLS certification.
Preferred experience in outpatient, underserved settings, with strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency.
Work involves clinical duties, occasional travel, and physical activity, with a competitive salary ($200K-$250K), comprehensive benefits, CME, and loan repayment assistance.
