Exciting opportunity for a Hawaii Licensed Family Practice Physician at a community health center near North Shore, Oahu.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and delivering culturally appropriate, quality healthcare aligned with national standards, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals in a FQHC LAL setting.

Qualifications include a Medical Degree (MD, DO), Family Practice or Internal Medicine Residency, Hawaii Medical License, DEA, BLS certification, and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (Athena). Board certification or eligibility within three years of residency is preferred.
