Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Tulare, CA.

  • Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Deliver preventive services, manage chronic illnesses, and coordinate with specialists.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • This full-time role offers a salary range of $245,000 – $357,344 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.

    Work involves in-person shifts with a requirement to commute or relocate to Tulare, CA, and a preferred 25% travel. Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting work.
