Seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Offer preventive services like vaccinations and screenings.

Manage chronic diseases and coordinate with specialists.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

The role is full-time, with a salary range of $245,000–$357,344 annually, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Must be able to work in Tulare, CA, with willingness to travel (25%).
Work is in person, with an 8-hour shift schedule.
