Job Description

The Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a community-focused setting, including preventive, chronic, and acute care, and patient education.

They conduct exams, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient care, collaborating with hospitalists and specialists.

As a Supervising Physician, they oversee 2–4 mid-level providers to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, quality assurance, and supporting operational efficiency through policy development and participation in clinical activities.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Family Medicine, a valid Georgia license, DEA registration, and BLS certification. Experience in community health is preferred. The role offers full-time or part-time positions with a salary starting at $220,000/year, along with benefits such as 401(k), flexible schedule, PTO, and professional development.
