Family Medicine Physician (Board Certified/Board Eligible) – PT/FT

Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care in underserved communities across multiple California regions.

• Provide evidence-based outpatient care, including history-taking, examinations, prescribing medications, and follow-up.
• Refer patients for physical, nutritional, psychological, or lifestyle concerns; collaborate with specialists and update protocols annually.
• Supervise mid-level practitioners, coordinate with health educators, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Serve as a preceptor and attend training sessions to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited school, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, valid California license, and BLS certification. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.

Must have strong outpatient experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations.
