Job Description

Seeking Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient roles across the Hampton Roads, VA region in established practices with strong community ties.

Position highlights include:

Outpatient-only work with no inpatient rounding

Patients per day averaging 18–22

Shared call schedule (phone-only, 1:5–1:8)

Supportive clinical team and advanced practice providers
